This puppy is sold on limited registration.
Both parties agree to the following terms of sale.
Health Guarantee: Applies only to the original buyer
The puppy is in good health and has been immunized and dewormed according to the accompanying health record of said Golden Retriever. The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 7 days from the date of purchase. If the Veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, the breeder must be notified immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our Veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, a breed related minor condition, a condition that is correctable, or any condition that will resolve itself with time is not covered. If the puppy is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties, with full refund. Seller does not assume responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from the date of purchase. Every reasonable precaution has been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary hip dysplasia, cataracts, elbow dysplasia, or Subaortic Stenosis. Due to the unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects, no guarantee will be given against them. However, should this puppy develop any of these problems deemed to be hereditary by 26 months of age, Heroes Gold will refund $1000.00 within 2 months of notification and written verification by OFA(hips), CERF(eyes), or a Board Certified Cardiologist(heart) - provided that written verification is received by the seller that the dog has been spayed or neutered. No refund for hip or elbow dysplasia will be given if the puppy/dog has been allowed to be overweight. No refund will be given if the dog is not examined by 26 months, or if the dog or bitch has been previously bred.
The Buyer agrees that this puppy will be given adequate shelter and housed securely. This puppy will not be neglected, allowed to roam free, or mistreated in any manner. This puppy will not be restrained by chaining to a stationary object (tree,post,etc.). The puppy will receive proper veterinary care throughout its lifetime, receiving appropriate vaccinations and placed on Heartworm preventative. The puppy will receive proper nutrition and not allowed to become overweight.
The buyer will notify the Seller first, if for any reason the Buyer no longer is able to keep the puppy/dog. The Seller/Breeder will have the first right of refusal if the puppy is to be sold or disposed of in any way. If the Seller/Breeder does not wish to acquire the dog, the Seller will assist the Buyer in placing the puppy, if the Buyer so chooses.
Buyer also agrees to forever hold harmless the Breeder and his/her immediate family and/or all persons and entities associated with the Breeder generally and specifically from any and all liability for death, personal injury, or property damage resulting in any way from this dog or Buyer's ownership of this dog.
No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied are given by Heroes Gold and Nancy Hagan, the Seller/Breeder, except those stated herein.
